Return and exchange of goods and right of withdrawal until purchase
The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days after receiving the goods that he is not satisfied with the products or withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision, and he must then return the products within 30 days from the notice of withdrawal from the contract. The return of the goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract. The buyer is obliged to bear the costs incurred when returning the item of purchase. The buyer must notify the seller in writing of the intended return to the e-mail: krisandmommyhandmade@gmail.com, and return the goods within 14 days from the day of purchase or notices of withdrawal from the contract. When returning goods, a completed form for returning goods must also be attached (the form is sent to the e-mail address of the buyer at the same time as the notification of resignation or exchange) and a photocopy of the invoice. After the return, the goods are inspected and assessed to see if they meet all the product return criteria. The seller does not accept shipments with a ransom. The transfer of the value of the purchased goods (excluding the costs of sending the goods to the buyer, if they were included in the invoice) is transferred to the buyer's account from which the purchase was made. The purchase price will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal from the contract, without the buyer requesting it.
The returned goods must be in their original condition – undamaged, packed in the original packaging, in an unchanged quantity and without traces of use and wear.
Complaints and warranty
The buyer can advertise the goods if they do not have the properties that the seller has expressly promised, if the seller has sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise deviates from the buyer's order.
The buyer can complain about the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase and request an immediate replacement for the same, flawless item, request repair of the item or a refund of the purchase price. In case of complaints, you can contact us via e-mail: krisandmommyhandmade@gmail.com, and the shipment can be returned to our address by courier after prior agreement with us. In the event that the package you receive when you order the goods is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service.
